The Company has been fortunate to assemble a
strong management team experienced in the technology
start up process with over 50 years of small technology
company experience.
Thomas Meredith-
Chairman and CEO
Mr. Meredith has significant Internet, financial
services and telecommunications experience. He
started his computer career with Digital Equipment
Corporation when the first 32-bit architecture
was introduced. He was one of the original team
of the first Apple clone manufacturer, Franklin
Computers, managing 11 Western states and over
800 retailers. He was the OEM Director for Lisp
Machine, a leading artificial intelligence company.
Mr. Meredith was founder of VoxLink and led the
company for seven years to become the leading
innovator of voice and electronic mail integration.
He also founded one of the first game companies
on the Internet, Internet Gaming; which was responsible
for processing the first significant volume of
credit cards on the Internet and internationally.
Mr. Meredith gained additional financial processing
experience consulting to the financial services
industry, primarily in automation of mortgage
and credit/debit card processing.
Mr. Meredith is a graduate of the Harvard Business
School specializing in Entrepreneurial studies
and the Stanford University School of Engineering
where he graduated in three years on Academic
Scholarship. He has a working knowledge of French
and Spanish.
Steven E. Russell-CFO
Steve brings a rare combination of international
finance and telecommunications start-up experience
to the P2P Cash team. Currently the CFO of a satellite
based content delivery company; he was previously
CFO of Florida Digital, a leading telecommunications
CLEC. As Vice President and International Treasurer
for Lucent Technologies, Steve oversaw all foreign
exchange operations. At Pfizer, he managed the
treasury desk for Europe, including the Pfizer
International Bank and the tax-center in Brussels.
Mr. Russell received his Bachelor of Science
in Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy
at West Point, a Master of Science from Boston
University and a Master of Business Administration
from Harvard and spent several years as an officer
in the U.S. Army. He is fluent in German.
Joseph Bouler-
CTO
Mr. Bouler has extensive experience with international
payments operations and equity trading operations.
He was previously with Visa International as Director
of VOSAI- Visa Online Systems Architecture and
Infrastructure responsible for delivering transaction
data to over 20,000 financial institutions worldwide.
He was also Director of System and Programming
at Equifax, managing their credit application
process. Joe was CEO at LogicWorx, where he oversaw
the development of an institutional trading system
for investment banking clients.
Most recently, Joe was the executive responsible
for day to day operations of a $7 million loyalty
processing services company. These responsibilities
included leading the product development strategy,
managing information technology and customer support
for the company.
Chris McPhillips-
President SE Asia
Formerly the Chief Marketing Officer of an international
wireless Data/Security startup, Chris has extensive
internet payment solution experience as well as
merchant card marketing success. He has engineered
mergers/acquisitions and spun-off technology divisions
in Fortune 5000 to dot-com companies. He has significant
numerous new technology consortium formation experience
and implementation. He has worked in the authentication,
verification, and anti-counterfeiting perspectives
on a global basis. He successfully established
new revenue generating e-commerce applications
in the fields of mortgage banking for First American,
Contour Mortgage and other related financial transactions
categories. Chris was awarded a Joint MBA/JD degree
from Pepperdine University School of Law.
John Holstein-
President Russia-CIS
John has global expertise and a proven track record
in formation of strategic alliances, new business
start-up, business and technology acquisitions,
risk mitigation and regulatory compliance. John
founded Geospatial Metrics, providing business
solutions for litigation and homeland security.
Previously, he held several management capacities
at Cardinal Health, a $75 billion Fortune 16 company
for twenty years. His various responsibilities
included development and implementation of multi-million
dollar programs regarding information technology,
data integrity, business intelligence, risk mitigation,
acquisition integrations, market expansion, new
technology introduction and business process improvement.
Previously, John pioneered advanced computer
graphics for DARPA at the US Air Force Weapons
Laboratory. He also founded five successful Russian
charities endorsed by the Russian Ministry of
Education focused on the education and integration
of Russian orphans into mainstream Russian society.
John has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree
in Nuclear Pharmacy from University of New Mexico
and a MBA from Crummer School of Business at Rollins
College. He is conversational in Russian and has
a basic knowledge of Spanish and German.
Dr. Harald
Stadlbauer- President Europe
Dr. Stadlbauer brings significant business development
skills to P2P Cash especially in the European
telecommunications markets. He was with the leading
wireless carrier in Europe, T-Mobile, for over
8 years, most recently as Vice President Partner
Development & Corporate Venturing for T-Mobile
International. Harald also served as Executive
Director New Business, T-Mobile Austria and Manager
of eCommerce/mCommerce. Previously, he was Quality
Manager for Cap Gemini and Project Manager for
Sony in Austria.
Harald is fluent in several languages including
English, French and Japanese with a working knowledge
of Italian and Spanish. He received his Master
of Science degree in Computer Science from Johannes
Kepler University in Linz, Austria and his Doctorate
degree on “Intelligent Design” from
the TU Wien Institute of Flexible Automation.
Advisory Board
Robert Horne
Mr. Horne has tremendous experience in new technology
ventures especially in telecommunications. He
was Vice President for Nortel Networks focusing
on the Finance markets with an emphasis on e-commerce
and managed Nortel’s internal venture fund.
He was Chairman of NetActive, an internet security
company and Board member of Ceon Corporation,
a telecommunications software company. Previously,
Robert was Vice President for Digital Equipment
Corporation and General Manager in Latin America
for Stauffer Chemical.
Robert is on the Board of the Southeast Council
of the American Electronics Association, and is
a Founding Member of the Georgia Technology Leadership
Coalition representing the technology industry
to the state legislature. He sits on the Operating
Board of the Technology Association of Georgia,
and on the External Advisory Board of the School
of Electrical and Computer Engineering of Clemson
University. Mr. Horne received a Bachelor’s
degree in Chemistry and a Master’s degree
in Chemical Engineering, both from Cambridge University,
England, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Ted Cohen
Ted, former SVP Digital Development & Distribution
for music major EMI, is one of the best known
advocates for adopting new technology within the
music and entertainment industries. At EMI, Ted
led global digital business development, helping
EMI become a leader in new technologies such as
digital downloads, online music subscriptions,
wireless services, high-definition audio and Internet
radio.
Larry Gilbert
Larry Gilbert is undoubtedly one of the world’s
leading experts in online cash legal issues; especially
as pertains to Patriot Act Compliance and Identity
Authentication procedures. Larry has significant
senior management experience that complements
his legal background position with emphasis in
early development stage companies in the technology
sector. His last position was as VP & General
Manager, Authentication Solutions at ChoicePoint,
a leading provider of decisioning and risk management
data to insurance, government and Fortune 1000
customers. As CEO of Identico Systems, he was
responsible for its sale to ChoicePoint where
he integrated the Identico product line of point-of-service
identity verification system for in-person transactions
in retail, retail financial, security and similar
markets.
Previous to that, Larry was General Counsel,
VP Strategic Planning and GM of CyberCash, responsible
for product development of the company’s
Internet micropayments aimed at peer-to-peer transactions
and for strategic positioning of company with
potential regulators and other government bodies
in the US and worldwide. Prior to CyberCash, Larry
worked as Strategic Advisor and Legal Counsel
to Verifone, the Originator of market for point-of-sale
credit card verification terminals. Larry graduated
with his Law degree for University of California
at Los Angeles and his Bachelors Degree from Pitzer
College, Claremont, California,
